TOKYO fee
Cash only! They will give you a receipt. You can use the receipt almost anywhere you would use the student card. And you're gonna need it cause it's gonna be a while before you get your student card.
Student card
Fill in the form at TOKYO and stick a picture of yourself to it to order a student card. It will take some weeks. Check on the door of the TOKYO office once in a while, your name will be there once the card is ready.
